Nutrigenomics Education

Lifecode Gx® are the leading experts in nutrigenomics education. We offer a range of training opportunities, presented live - in person or online (or recorded) from short 'snapshots' (Level 0) - which all are welcome to join - to structured training for health professionals to support their use of nutrigenomics in clinical practice. The ‘Level’ is indicative of complexity, and is for your guidance - you are welcome to take a level 3 NMP course before a level 2 if you wish. If you are new to nutrigenomics or are newly qualified or if nutrition isn’t your main modality we recommend that you start with Level 1 training, and dip into a snapshot or two. You can also access our back catalogue of free webinar recordings via Vimeo.

SUMMER SNAPSHOT SERIES - METALS & MINERALS - FREE!

A series of short, connected webinars about metal and mineral nutrients, including Iron, Zinc, Copper, Calcium, Phosphorus, Selenium, Magnesium, Manganese and genetic variance involved in toxicity (overload) or deficiency. Illustrating the application of nutrigenomics in practice. Online - live and recorded. Summer 2024 - see below for dates. Level 1

New! Snapshot #51 Genes & GLPs

from 7pm, Monday 29th APRIL

With GLP-1 RA (glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist) medications making headlines as 'game-changing' for weight loss. And with trials taking place for cardiovascular disease and neurodegenerative conditions hope is growing and hype is building.

But GLPs are a natural part of our biology. So do we really need drugs to mimic them. This webinar will explore mechanisms, and gene-nutrient interactions to support GLP function naturally, and without side effects.

Metals & Minerals - Summer Snapshot Series

FROM 7PM, Monday 22nd July (+ 6th (TUES), Mon 19th AUGUST, 2nd & 16th Sept)

A series of short webinars about metal and mineral nutrients, including Iron, Zinc, Copper, Calcium, Phosphorus, Selenium, Magnesium, Manganese and genes involved in toxicity (overload) or deficiency.

Exploring health contexts, gene functions, SNP impacts and most importantly the ‘so what’ - the application of nutrigenomics in practice. Register once to access the series.
