General
This NPP is for qualified health professionals, and final year (level 6) nutrition students who are registered with Lifecode Gx. You can register for an account here. If you have any questions about your professional credentials or the suitability of the course please check with us.

All course materials are the property of Lifecode Gx and may not be replicated or shared without express permission.
Recordings and other course material will be available for 12 months after the live course has ended (until end March 2025).
Refunds
If you have selected the Test + Train option once you have returned the test sample, fees are not refundable. Otherwise, for both the Test + Train and the Train only options, the fee is refundable less an administration fee of £25 up to 1st December 2023. Requests must be made to us by email, quoting your order number.
Test + Train
Option 1: Test + Train includes our DNA Test kit + 6 reports (the ‘NPP test package’) + NPP ‘24 training. The NPP test package consists of our DNA test kit and the following six reports - Nutrient Core, Methylation, Histamine, Nervous System, Hormones and Detoxification - which cannot be varied.
The NPP test package can only be purchased as part of the Test + Train option. It is not available separately, or to add-on to the Training option. Practitioners must be registered with an active account on the Lifecode Gx Practitioner Portal in order for the test kit to be shipped.
In order for results to be ready by the course start date, test samples must be returned by 11th December 2023.
A single DNA test kit will be used to collect the sample for all six reports in the package. Therefore all reports must be for the same person.
Apart from the support provided during the course, our complimentary practitioner support service is NOT available for reports purchased as part of this package. An option to book a chargeable 1:1 review may be offered at the end of the programme.
Additional reports can be added at standard practitioner pricing using the ‘add reports to this order’ link in the Practitioner Portal.
Test Kit Shipping
Shipping to the following countries is free of charge and a pre-paid return envelope will be provided:
Guernsey
Isle of Man
Jersey
United Kingdom
Shipping costs will apply (and possibly import fees and taxes) for shipping to non-UK destinations. The customer will be liable for any applicable import fees and taxes. If your country is not listed please contact us.
Shipping to the following countries will cost £20 (UPS courier) and return postage will need to be paid for and managed by the recipient:
Ireland
Shipping to most European countries will cost £25 (UPS courier) and return postage will need to be paid for and managed by the recipient.
Shipping to most worldwide countries will cost £49 (DHL express) and return postage will need to be paid for and managed by the recipient.
Train Only
Option 2: Train Only - includes NPP ‘24 training, and is suitable if you have already undertaken testing for yourself or clients or if you are not yet ready to invest in testing. Please note that the NPP test package offer is not available with this option, however you can purchase tests and add-on reports at practitioner rates via your Lifecode Gx portal account.
